Executive Leadership Program
Our great Executive Leadership Program is a unique development course. The program lasts 12 months and is divided into tailored modules. The construction of the program gives us an opportunity to follow up and learn from the experiences we have during the different modules.
The full LEVEL5 program consists of the following modules:
- Level5 introduction course in Denmark/Sweden (1-2 days)
- Winter module in the Alps (about 7 days)
- Follow up module in Denmark (1-2 days)
- Summer module in New Mexico, USA (about 7 days)
- Follow-up and evaluation module in Denmark (1-2 days)
- Event of the year (not part of the programme)
It is off course possible to choose some of the modules and then skip others.
